Witkin Awards Dinner 2010
The Library will hold its annual Bernard E. Witkin, Esq. Awards Dinner on Thursday, March 4, 2010, at the Sheraton San Diego Hotel & Marina - Bay Tower. The event will start with a cocktail hour at 5 pm, followed by dinner and awards.
The Witkin Event is the Law Library's premier fundraiser. The goal this year is to raise funds especially to purchase adaptive equipment for the visually-challenged library users. You are invited to be a part of this worthwhile effort to benefit people with disabilities who use the library.
The Law Library is proud to announce the 2010 Witkin honorees:
Jeffrey Joseph, Associate Dean and General Counsel at Thomas Jefferson Law School for his Distinguished Service as an Educator
The Hon. Sharon Majors-Lewis from the Governor's Office for her Distinguished service as an Attorney
State Sen. Christine Kehoe for her Distinguished Service as Community Leader
The Hon. John J. Hargrove (ret.) for his Distinguished Service as a Judge
Congratulations to all of them.
