About the Speaker: Attorney Philip P. Lindsley is a widely recognized elder and disability law attorney. He is a certified Elder Law Attorney and a certified legal specialist in the area of estate planning, trust and probate law. Mr. Lindsley has been practicing law for over 25 years and currently practices in the area of Medi-Cal and public benefits planning, asset protection, special needs trusts, probate administration, conservatorships and their alternatives.
Mr. Lindsley is the current Co-Chair of the San Diego County Bar Association's Elder Law Section and is the founder of the San Diego Elder Law Center which he established in 1997.
